⚡#BYD has revamped its popular electric sedan Han, which sold 220,000 units last year. The 2024 version of the car has been launched in China with a starting price of $25,000.
🟢The 5-meter sedan features a base model with a 150 kW motor, a 60.48 kWh LFP battery, and 110 kW DC charging support. All models come equipped with the new Level 2+ intelligent driving system, DiPilot 100, which has been in development for over 1,000 days. During today&#8217;s event, it was emphasized for the first time that the car features a silicon carbide chip inverter and an 800V architecture. However, the charging speed of the largest battery being limited to 155 kW indicates that the entire high-voltage system is not yet ready for 800V.
🚗In the performance version of the car, a dual-motor powertrain capable of producing 517 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque is used, achieving a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.9 seconds.

Audi, using NCM811 cathode cells produced by Chinese company Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) in Germany, states that the larger cell form facilitates battery production. Additionally, it emphasizes that the newly developed smart thermal management system enhances battery life by continuously conditioning the battery and reduces charging time.
Regarding the engine, the company claims a 50% increase in efficiency compared to the first-generation electric Audis and states that it can produce more power with smaller motors by increasing power density by 62%. It should be noted that the Q6 e-tron uses an asynchronous ASM motor at the front and a permanent magnet synchronous PSM motor at the rear, differentiating it from the electric #Macan.

Mercedes-Benz AG’s highly acclaimed Vision EQXX car sets another record on its journey between Riyadh and Dubai.
Starting with a full charge, the car completed the 1,010 km journey in 14 hours and 42 minutes, with 309 km of range remaining at the destination, Mercedes reported. The average consumption was stated to be 7.4 kWh.
Some of the systems tested in this concept, such as the heat pump, will also be used in the electric #CLA by the German company, which plans to equip the #MMA platform with technologies developed with EQXX.

The panoramic glass roof of the EC7 is 1.94 m2 in size and is comprised of double-layer sound and heat-insulating glass. Third-generation flexible electrochromic (EC) technology offers five levels of programmable transmittance that can be adjusted to either completely preserve privacy when required or let natural light stream into the automobile with extreme transparency.

Nio ES8
The all-new ES8, the smart electric SUV&#8217;s flagship model, has six seats and can accommodate passengers in a variety of situations. The brand-new ES8&#8217;s design exemplifies NIO&#8217;s philosophies.
The all-new ES8, which is based on NIO&#8217;s second-generation high-efficiency electric drive technology, has two motors with a combined maximum power of 480kW. From 0 to 100 km/h, it accelerates in 4.1 seconds, and from 100 kph, it stops completely at 34.3 meters.
The dual-chamber air suspension, intelligent chassis controller (ICC), and intelligent braking system (IPB) all significantly enhance the driving experience.
