⚡ China’s leading electric vehicle range extender manufacturer, Li Auto, unveiled the ultra-fast charging feature of its first all-electric model, the MEGA, to the press.

🟢 Equipped with a 102.7 kWh battery manufactured by #CATL, the 7-seater MPV can reach a charging speed of 532 kW DC. This enables it to reach 80% charge in as little as 10 minutes.

🔌 By the end of the year, #LiAuto plans to install over 2,000 ultra-high-speed charging stations in China. In 2023, the company managed to almost triple its sales, primarily through range-extender models, securing a leading position in the market. With its new facility in Beijing capable of producing 100,000 vehicles, Li Auto is also entering the fully electric vehicle segment.

📊 Having sold 133,000 vehicles in 2022 and ending 2023 with record sales of around 376,000, Li Auto aims to surpass the 800,000 mark in 2024.
